Fast Fudge Sundaes

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	55g / 1.9oz	Semisweet chocolate chips
1 oz	28g	Unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoons	45ml	Butter
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Confectioner's sugar
1		Evaporated milk - (5 oz)
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Vanilla extract
		Ice cream

Recipe Instructions

Place the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on medium-high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in the sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 5-6 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over ice cream.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
