Heavenly Hash Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Cocoa |
1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | Light corn syrup |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
4 cups | 948ml | Miniature marshmallows |
Mix sugar, cocoa, corn syrup, and n milk.
Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the mixture forms a hard ball (238F).
Remove from heat, add butter, pecans, vanilla, and marshmallows.
Beat until thick, pour into buttered pan. Score, and cut into squares when cool.
