Joan's Noodle Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Noodles - cooked | |
1 | Apricot preserves - unsweetened | |
1/2 | Fat free sour cream - (small container) | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cottage cheese - low-fat |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine - melted |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs 0r egg whites | |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
Combine all ingredients and put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
Bake 375F about 45 minutes.
