Peach Nutmeg Frappe Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | Fresh or frozen peach slices | |
| 1 cup | Vanilla low-fat ice cream | |
| 1/2 cup | Skim milk | |
| 1 tablespoon | Powdered sugar | |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Ground nutmeg | |
| Mint sprigs - (optional) | ||
| Additional ground nutmeg - (optional) |
Combine the peach slices, ice cream, milk, powdered sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour the frappe into glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, and sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
