Peanut Clusters Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Evaporated milk |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Crunchy peanut butter |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Oats |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Spanish peanuts |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Semisweet chocolate chips |
Mix first three ingredients in 2 quart casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high to boiling 2 - 3 minutes depending on wattage of microwave.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. (If mixture becomes too stiff; stir in 1 or 2 drops of milk)
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
