Stir Fry Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozBoneless skinless chicken breasts - cut in thin strips
2   Garlic cloves - minced
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozChopped carrots
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped broccoli
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped cabbage
1/4 cup 59mlChicken broth
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce

Recipe Instructions

In a large Teflon fry pan, saute chicken and garlic in oil. Add onion, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

Serving size is 1 cup.
