Turkey Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozGround turkey
1 1/4 cups 50g / 1.8ozQuaker Oat Bran cereal - uncooked
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozMinced onion
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozEgg Beaters 99% egg substitute - (equal to 1 egg)
1 teaspoon 5mlPoultry seasoning

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pat into 9- by 5-inch loaf pan sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with "Cranberry-Orange Sauce" (the recipe for which is included in this collection).

Serving size is one 1 1/8-inch-thick slice.
