Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozRice
1   Milk
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSugar
  Cinnamon

Recipe Instructions

Cook milk and rice for about 35 minutes, just below boiling. Watch over. 5 minutes before completion, add sugar, stirring constantly.

Pour into a pie pan and top with cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
