Cheese Fondue

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 438g / 15ozGruyre cheese
1 1/2 cups 355mlEmmenthal (most common brand of
  Swiss cheese)
  Fresh grated nutmeg
1 tablespoon 15mlBrandy or kirschwasser

Recipe Instructions

Place cheese and nutmeg in fondue pot. Bring cheese mixture to a very slow boil. When the mixture begins to boil add brandy or kirschwasser.
