1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | White vinegar |
1 | Salt | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Nouc Cham - see * Note |
1 | Spring Rolls - see * Note |

In a bowl combine all the ingredients. Serve with Spring Rolls.
This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups of salad.
