Plum Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Plum preserves |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Crushed pineapple |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground ginger |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Soy sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cider vinegar |
Combine all ingredients and heat in a small saucepan for four to five minutes, until blended.
