Wilted Spinach I

  Olive oil
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced shallots
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced garlic
1 lb 454g / 16ozFresh spinach
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Heat oil in pan, lightly saute the shallots and garlic. Add the spinach until wilted and season with salt and pepper.
