Woodchuck Meat Loaf

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround woodchuck meat
1 lb 454g / 16ozGround pork
1   Egg - lightly beaten
1 cup 237mlMilk
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozDry bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced onion

Recipe Instructions

Mix meats completely; add egg, milk, crumbs, seasoning, and onion. Mix well and put into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set for 5 minutes before slicing.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
