Woodchuck Meat Loaf

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Ground woodchuck meat
1 lb	454g / 16oz	Ground pork
1		Egg - lightly beaten
1 cup	237ml	Milk
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Salt
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Freshly-ground black pepper
1 tablespoon	15ml	Minced onion

Recipe Instructions

Mix meats completely; add egg, milk, crumbs, seasoning, and onion. Mix well and put into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set for 5 minutes before slicing.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
