Minestrone Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Wagon wheel or rotini pasta - cooked, drained |
1 | Kidney beans - (19 oz) - drained, rinsed | |
3 | Tomatoes - seeded, chopped (medium) | |
2 | Green peppers - chopped | |
2 | Green onions - chopped | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Seven Seas Viva Italian Dressing |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
Mix pasta, beans, tomatoes, peppers and onions in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Refrigerate.
Sprinkle with cheese just before serving; toss lightly.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
