Zesty Grilled Tuna With Fresh Tomato Topping

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlBalsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons 45mlDry white wine
1   Good Seasons Zesty Italian
  Salad Dressing Mix
1/4 cup 59mlOlive oil
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped fresh basil leaves - divided
4   Plum tomatoes - coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped red onion
1 lb 454g / 16ozTuna or mahi-mahi steaks

Recipe Instructions

Mix vinegar, wine, salad dressing mix and oil until well blended. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the basil.

Mix 2 tablespoons of the dressing mixture with tomatoes and onion. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon basil. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.

Place fish on greased grill over medium-high coals or on rack of broiler pan 3 to 5 inches from heat. Grill or broil 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Place on serving plates; top with tomato mixture.
