Dijon Flank Steak Recipe - Cooking Index
This is a simple recipe for getting the most out of a less-tender cut, flank steak.
Serves: 6 people1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Flank steak |
4 oz | 113g | Dijon mustard |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Rub flank steak with Dijon mustard. Marinate, covered, 6 to 8 hours in refrigerator.
Coat both sides of steak with fresh ground black pepper.
Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Slice on the bias of the grain.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
