Polish Sausage And Cabbage Packets On Grill

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozSmoked fully-cooked Polish sausage
8 lbs 3632g / 128ozRed potatoes (small)
1 lb 454g / 16ozCabbage head (small)
1/2 cup 118mlKetchup
1/4 cup 59mlCoarse grainy mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCaraway seed

Recipe Instructions

Heat coals on grill or prepare gas grill. (or can be baked in oven)

Cut sausages into 1 inch pieces. Cut potatoes in 4 wedges each. Cut cabbage head into 8 wedges. Divide all ingredients among four 18x12 sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil as described below. Grill, uncovered, 4 to 6 inches from medium high coals 30 to 40 minutes or until cabbage and potatoes are tender.
