Rich Davis' Rub

I have rubbed ribs, shoulders and venison with this rub and love it. I do not baste or use sauce, just wrap them in foil an hour or so before they are done.


Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozGranulated brown sugar
1/2 cup 118mlCoarsely-ground black pepper
1/2 cup 118mlPaprika
1/4 cup 59mlChili powder
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozBrown sugar - (packed)
2 tablespoons 30mlGranulated garlic powder

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients well.

This recipe yields about 2 3/8 cups.
