Seafood Mixed Grill Recipe - Cooking Index
Can be served with wasabi paste or mayonnaise. Wasabi is available at specialty stores and Asian markets.

1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Prawns - deveined |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Tilapia fillets |
Marinade | ||
3/4 cup | 177ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sherry |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced garlic |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced peeled ginger |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
Mix soy, sherry, sesame oil, vegetable oil, ginger, brown sugar and garlic in bowl or shallow pan. Add tilapia, prawns, and scallops, marinate for 2 hours.
Remove seafood from marinade and sear 5 to 10 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade.
Plate with ample servings, garnish with chopped scallion.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
