Avocado Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | Mashed avocado | |
| 1/2 cup | Soft butter | |
| 4 tablespoons | Fresh lemon or lime juice | |
| 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Garlic paste | |
| Salt - to taste |
Blend together all ingredients. This butter is great when grilling seafood or on a steak. Brush it on the last 5 to 10 minutes.
