Crab Scramble Recipe - Cooking Index
| 9 | Eggs | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
| 1 | Cream cheese - (8 oz) - cubed | |
| 1 | Crabmeat | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh baby dill - sprinkled over all |
Melt 1/4 pound butter in 12- by 7-inch pan. Mix all ingredients, except dill, together and pour into pan with butter. Sprinkle dill over.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
