Tomatoes Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Tomatoes - chopped (large) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 | Garlic clove - finely chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried oregano - crumbled |
1 | Sugar | |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil - (optional) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh Italian parsley |
Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix in oil if using. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
