Fajitas

Recipe Ingredients

1   McCormick Fajitas Seasoning Mix - (1.12 oz)
1/4 cup 59mlWater
2 tablespoons 30mlVinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlOil
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozSirloin steak - sliced thin strips
  (or sliced boneless skinless chicken breas
  Onion - sliced into strips
  Bell peppers - sliced into strips
6   Flour tortillas
  Garnishes
  Sour cream
  Salsa
  Guacamole
  Shredded cheese

Recipe Instructions

Combine Seasoning Mix, water, vinegar and oil in self-closing plastic bag or glass bowl. Add steak or chicken to marinade; toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.

Remove meat from marinade; saute over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper and saute 2 to 3 minutes or until meat is done.

Place meat and vegetables in center of warm tortillas. If desired, top with garnishes. Fold over sides of tortilla.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
