Steak Teriyaki Recipe - Cooking Index

Marinade | ||
1 | Beer - (12 oz) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dark brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | McCormick Ground Ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | McCormick Ground Mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | McCormick Garlic Powder |
Place marinade ingredients in bowl or 4-cup glass measure and beat with fork until well combined.
Place meat in shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over steak and pierce surface of meat all over with tines of fork. Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours, turning once.
Preheat broiler or grill.
Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Broil or grill steak 10 minutes on each side or to desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade.
Slice steak thinly on the diagonal.
