Super-Easy Chicken Manicotti Recipe - Cooking Index
Easy never tasted this good! But don't be fooled by its ease; with its creative presentation, this is a dish that you can be proud to serve to guests.

1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Chicken breast tenders |
14 | Uncooked manicotti shells - (8 oz) | |
1 | Sliced ripe olives - (2 1/4 oz) - drained | |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded mozzarella cheese - (8 oz) |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread about one-third of the pasta sauce in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches.
Sprinkle garlic salt on chicken. Insert chicken into uncooked manicotti shells, stuffing from each end of shell to fill if necessary. Place shells on pasta sauce in dish.
Pour remaining pasta sauce evenly over shells, covering completely. Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
Cover and bake about 1 1/2 hours or until shells are tender.
This recipe yields 7 servings.
