Easy Taco Pot Pie

Pass sour cream, chopped lettuce and tomatoes for toppings.

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb  Ground beef
1 lb  Onion - chopped (1/2 cup) (medium)
1 x  Taco sauce - (16 oz)
1 cup  Shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 oz)
1 cup  Original Bisquick
1/2 cup  Milk
1   Egg

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook beef and onion in ovenproof 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture.

Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
