Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozLean ground beef
4 cups 948mlFrozen potatoes O'Brien with
  Onions and peppers (from 24-oz pkg)
1   Green Giant Mexicorn - (11 oz) - undrained
  = (whole kernel corn, red and green pepper
3/4 cup 177mlWater
1 teaspoon 5mlBeef-flavor instant bouillon
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped fresh parsley - if desired

Recipe Instructions

Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.

Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley.

This recipe yields 4 (1 1/4-cup) servings.
