| Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
| 1 cup | Chopped red bell pepper | |
| 3 tablespoons | Olive oil | |
| 1 tablespoon | Chopped garlic cloves | |
| 1 tablespoon | Chopped canned green chiles | |
| 1/2 cup | Sour cream | |
| 1/3 cup | Grated Cheddar cheese | |
| 1 | Extra-large egg | |
| 1 tablespoon | Honey | |
| 1/4 cup | Vodka | |
| 2 teaspoons | Salt | |
| 10 x | Tabasco sauce, green or red | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Ground coriander | |
| 1 cup | Cornmeal | |
| 2 cups | Bread flour | |
| 2 1/2 teaspoons | Active dry yeast |
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
