1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
3 cups | 711ml | White vinegar |
2 1/4 cups | 533ml | Water |
1 | Green cabbage - cored, shredded |
In a large bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and water. Mix with a wire whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Add shredded cabbage and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
Serving size depends upon personal preference.
