Joe's Crab Shack's Etouffee

1 teaspoon 5mlChopped garlic
3/4 cup 46g / 1.6ozDiced onion
1/4 cup 27g / 1ozDiced celery
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPaprika
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDry mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlWorcestershire sauce
12 oz 340gCondensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup 118mlCondensed cream of celery soup
1 cup 237mlWater
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozCrawfish meat
  = (or 1/2 lb cubed chicken breast or 1/2
  Lb raw shrimp, peeled, tails removed)
3 tablespoons 45mlSliced green onions
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped fresh parsley
3 cups 480g / 16ozJoe's Crab Shack's Rice Pilaf - (see recipe)

Recipe Instructions

Sautee garlic, onion, celery, and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in spices, soups, water, and meat of your choice.

Bring to simmer and continue cooking until meat is cooked through. Stir in green onion and parsley.

Scoop 1/2 cup Rice Pilaf into center of 6 bowls or soup plates. Pour etouffee over rice.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
