1 tablespoon | 15ml | Kosher salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dark brown sugar - (packed) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chile powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground cumin |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hungarian sweet paprika |
Combine all spices. Use to rub into spareribs several hours to a day before grilling.
This recipe yields 1/2 cup, enough for 2 slabs of spareribs.
