Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozStew meat
1   Carrots - drained
2   Potatoes - quartered (small)
4   Beef bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon 15mlItalian herbs
2 cups 474mlWater

Recipe Instructions

Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Add water and turn crock pot on LOW for 8 to 9 hours. Thicken with a mixture of flour and a little cold water, if desired. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with biscuits.
