Beef In Mushroom Gravy

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs	908g / 32oz	Boneless round steak - (to 2 1/2 lbs) - cut 6 pieces
1		Dry onion soup mix - (to 2 pkgs)
1		Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup	118ml	Water
		Mashed potatoes - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Place meat in a slow cooker. Combine soup mix, soup and water; pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, if desired.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
