Chicken Pasta With Smoked Gouda

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozBoneless chicken tenders
2 lbs 908g / 32ozZucchini - halved, and (small)
  Sliced 1/8" thick
1   Chicken gravy mix - (1 oz)
2 tablespoons 30mlWater
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1   Ground nutmeg - fresh if possible
8 oz 227gFresh Gouda cheese - grated
2 tablespoons 30mlEvaporated milk or light cream
1 tablespoon 15mlTomato - chopped (large)
4 cups 948mlCooked macaroni or small shell pasta

Recipe Instructions

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes; place in crockpot. Add zucchini, gravy mix, water, and seasoning. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours on LOW.

Add cheese, milk and tomato to the crockpot during the last 20 minutes, or while the pasta is cooking. Stir in pasta.
