Grand Marnier Fruit Cup

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlPeach or nectarine (small)
2 tablespoons 30mlPurple plums (small)
1 tablespoon 15mlRed apple (small)
24   Seedless green grapes
2 teaspoons 10mlFresh lemon juice
  Sugar substitute equal to 2 tbspns sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlGrand Marnier

Recipe Instructions

Peel peach. Remove stones from peach or nectarine and plums and core from apple. Cut grapes in half; cut remaining fruit into small bite-sized pieces.

Mix fruits well with remaining ingredients. Turn into a jar, cover, and chill for a few hours to blend flavors.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
