Prosciutto With Papaya

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlRipe papaya (large)
4   Lettuce leaves
2 oz 56gPaper-thin slices prosciutto
  = (or smoked ham)
8   Ripe olives

Recipe Instructions

Pare the ripe papaya and remove seeds. Slice lengthwise into eight slices. Line 4 plates with lettuce leaves and arrange two strips of papaya on each plate. Gently wrap center of each piece of papaya with prosciutto.

Garnish with olives.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
