Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients

32   Cherry tomatoes - (1" dia)
3/4 cup 109g / 3.8ozCheddar Cheese Dip or
  Curry Dressing - (see recipes)
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced fresh parsley

Recipe Instructions

Slice tops off cherry tomatoes; gently scoop seed centers from tomatoes.

Fill each with about 1 teaspoon of dip or dressing. Sprinkle tops with parsley.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
