All White Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | Cannelini beans - rinsed, drained | |
| 1 cup | Navy beans - rinsed, drained | |
| 1/2 cup | Minced green onions | |
| 1/2 cup | Minced Italian parsley | |
| 1/4 cup | Minced celery | |
| 2 tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar | |
| 1 tablespoon | Olive oil | |
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and refrigerate for several hours.
