1 cup  Cannelini beans - rinsed, drained
1 cup  Navy beans - rinsed, drained
1/2 cup  Minced green onions
1/2 cup  Minced Italian parsley
1/4 cup  Minced celery
2 tablespoons  Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon  Olive oil
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and refrigerate for several hours.
