Smucker's Cherry Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozSmucker's Cherry Preserves
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozCoarsely-chopped onion
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozCoarsely-chopped red bell pepper
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozCoarsely-chopped green bell pepper
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozCoarsely-chopped fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozMinced jalapeño
  = (or other hot chile pepper)
1 teaspoon 5mlHot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Combine all salsa ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend for one to two minutes to combine. The salsa will be slightly chunky. Adjust the seasonings (salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce) to taste.

This recipe yields 4 cups.
