Adobo Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Drained canned tomatoes |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Ancho chile powder |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Pasilla chile powder |
| 1 | Canned chipotle - seeded, diced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dark brown sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped garlic |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
Puree all of the marinade ingredients in a food processor.
This recipe yields 3 cups.
