Mushroom Fettuccine

Recipe Ingredients

1   Onion - chopped (large)
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozMixed mushrooms - chopped
  (portobello, cremini, shiitake)
3 tablespoons 45mlButter
1 1/4 cups 296mlHeavy cream
2 tablespoons 30mlDry sherry
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh chives
1 lb 454g / 16ozFettuccine or favorite pasta - cooked

Recipe Instructions

In a saucepan, saute the onion and mushrooms in the butter. Add the cream, sherry and chives. Cook until the liquid reduces and thickens.

Pour the fettuccine on top, toss, and serve.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
