1/2 cup 118mlPicholine olives
1/2 cup 118mlGaeta olives
1   Loaf Italian bread
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozParmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  Less Filling Platter
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozGrilled eggplant - sliced 1/4" thick
  And drizzled with olive oil
8   White anchovies
2   Grilled portobello mushrooms - marinated in (large)
  Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and ba
1   Roasted garlic
  Toasted French bread slices

Recipe Instructions

Arrange all ingredients on individual large platters and serve at room temperature.
