2 lbs 908g / 32ozBream fillets or pan-dressed bream
2   Eggs
1/2 cup 118mlButtermilk
1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozRitz crackers - crushed to meal
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozFlour
  Peanut oil - for frying

Recipe Instructions

In a small bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add buttermilk and mix.

In a zip-seal plastic bag, shake together the cracker meal and flour.

Dip fish in buttermilk mix, then drop in the zip-seal bag, seal and shake to coat.

Fry the fish until golden brown and flaky in peanut oil heated to 375 degrees.
