Minced Bologna Sandwich Filling

1   Bologna - (12 oz)
1 1/2 cups 165g / 5.8ozFinely-diced celery
3/4 cup 177mlPickle relish - well drained
1/2 cup 118mlMayonnaise

Recipe Instructions

Chop or coarsely grind bologna. Add celery, relish and mayonnaise. Use as sandwich filling.

This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups for 10 sandwiches.
