Sweet Miso Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup  Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons  Sweet yellow miso
1 teaspoon  Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon  Rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon  Minced ginger root
1/2 teaspoon  Sesame oil

Recipe Instructions

Blend mayonnaise, miso, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and sesame oil in food processor or blender. Store up to 1 week in refrigerator.

Use for salads or as a dip for fresh vegetables.

This recipe yields 1/2 cup.
