4 oz | 113g | Peach brandy - (1/2 cup) |
4 oz | 113g | Triple sec - (1/2 cup) |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Grenadine - (3 tbspns) |
Fresh sliced peaches - for garnish | ||
Mint leaves - for garnish |
* Note: This drink is made with Rideau Riesling, which has 1% residual sugar, meaning it is not sweet. Substitute other similar Riesling.
Combine the Riesling, soda, brandy, triple sec and grenadine in a punch bowl and add ice. Float peach slices on top and decorate with mint leaves or mint sprigs. If serving in glasses, put a wedge of sliced peach on each glass, or in the glass, with a mint sprig on the side of the glass.
This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
