1 oz | 28g | Shredded carrot |
2 oz | 56g | Kalamata olives with pits |
1/2 oz | 14g | Shredded red cabbage |
1 oz | 28g | Romaine lettuce |
7 1/2 oz | 213g | Iceberg lettuce |
4 oz | 113g | Blue Cheese, Ranch, Thousand Island, |
Greek, Italian or French dressing |
Combine all ingredients. Serve with a roll or crackers.
