Spinach Meatloaf Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground round/sirloin |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Ground turkey or pork |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded Swiss cheese |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Chopped drained spinach |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared mustard |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Garlic - to taste | ||
2 | Eggs (medium) |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mold meatloaf in large bread pan or meatloaf pan.
Place in oven approximately 50 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
This recipe yields 6 servings; 3.5 carb grams per serving.
