Pimento-Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe - Cooking Index

4 | Garlic cloves - sliced | |
Pimento-Infused Oil - (see recipe) | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
6 | Lamb chops - (to 8) | |
Kosher salt - to taste |
Mix thyme, onions, garlic, and some pimento oil together and place half in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle black pepper on both sides of chops and place on top of mixture. Put remaining mix on top and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Just before grilling, season with salt. Grill to desire doneness.
