Scallion And Ginger Sauce II

Recipe Ingredients

1   Large bunch scallions - roughly chopped
3 oz 85gFresh ginger - peeled, and
  Roughly chopped
6   Thyme sprigs - picked
1   Garlic clove - crushed
1 1/2 cups 355mlCanola oil
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Put scallions, ginger, thyme, and garlic into food processor and chop fine. With the motor running slowly, add the oil. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.

This recipe yields 2 1/4 cups.
